girlConNW, created and hosted by Girl Scouts of Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho, is this region's premier girl development experience. This annual event is dedicated to inspiring the next generation of women leaders. Through dynamic break-out sessions, inspiring keynote speakers, and hands-on professional development, girls learn about diverse careers and build meaningful connections that empower them to shape their own futures.
This year, unleash your strength within at girlConNW 2026: "Dream. Discover. Manifest." Step boldly into your future as we invite ALL girls, grades 6-12, to participate in this FREE one-day event, where the focus is on dreaming big, discovering your passion, and manifesting your future. You’ll have the unique opportunity to learn from inspiring women professionals across our region as they share their career journeys and the bold steps they took. The day begins with a motivating Keynote Speaker, followed by engaging break-out sessions covering a wide range of exciting career fields. Connect with other girls during our exciting EXPO while you try hands-on activities and have a chance to win fun prizes. End the day with a closing presentation, leaving you ready to unleash your potential and turn your dreams into reality.
This event is FREE to ALL girls grades 6-12 interested in mapping their futures.
